Summary of the project

The problem our project aims to address is the lack of a clear and intuitive representation of the connections between misleading statements. Information can be likened to puzzle pieces scattered across a table, requiring effort to sort and fit together in order to form a coherent image. We are looking into ways of visualizing the hidden structures of fake information in a way that is meaningful both for journalists and for the general public. We want to create an interactive knowledge graph based on media research and data analytics that depicts the structure of the misleading information and how they connect with each other, unravelling the hidden structures of fake information.
