AI4Media at FIAT – IFTA Virtual World Conference
FIAT/IFTA annual World Conference is taking place online from 19 to 21 of October 2021.
FIAT/IFTA’ s main objectives are to provide a forum for the exchange of knowledge and experience between its members, to promote the study of any topic relevant to the development and valorisation of audiovisual archives, and to establish international standards on key issues regarding all aspects of audiovisual media management.
To achieve this, among other actions, FIAT/IFTA organises the annual World Conference which is a unique opportunity to discover the future of the audiovisual domain and its new tendencies and uses.
On October 19 at 19h30 CEST, AI4Media partner “The Netherlands Institute for Sound and Vision” represented by Jesse De Vos and Philo van Kemenade, will share their work on the use-case related to “Facilitating humanities and social sciences researchers in finding biases in multimodal media archives”.
